If you decide not to go ahead, that’s absolutely fine — there’s no obligation to sell. Your jewellery will be returned to you fully insured, at no cost, and as quickly as possible. We believe the decision should always be yours, with no pressure at any stage.

We simply verify your name & bank details for accuracy then pay you straight into your bank account. For some very high valuations we may require additional ID security checks upon processing payments. This helps protect both you and us and ensures every transaction is fully compliant.
Once we have received your items we will precisely weigh, test & analyse your items. Once verified, we will telephone you or can email you, its totally up to you – select your preference on the form provided in the pack.
